The farm has been in our family for over 100 years. We have had mules, bluegrass seed, tobacco and cattle as cash crops. Presently, Katahdin Sheep are raised on the lush fields bordering The Cottage. The bed and breakfast has been welcoming guests since 1989.
The T.B. Bright farmstead continues to be innovative and bold in our farming practices. Presently we are in partnership with Four Hills Farm specializing in pasture-raised Katahdin lambs. The farm is home to the 1st flock in the United States certified by The Global Animal Partnership as pasture-raised lambs.
